Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong item has been delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Products returned without original packaging and accessories.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos for verification before arranging a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
